Still Waiting

People ask me all of the time, "How do you do it?"  My response usually is, "I don't know, I just do it."

Well, I don't do it very well...

Even with three toddlers; a three year old and twin two year olds...  I'm curious.  For all moms and dads - when does your paternal wisdom kick in?  It's been almost four years now and I'm still waiting for the light bulb to go off.

I try, I'm searching for the light switch myself.
